Welcome to SharedResourceHaven ("we," "us," or "our"). The following Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of our yacht charter services and website at sharedresourcehaven.sbs, which is managed by SharedResourceHaven.

By reserving a charter or using our Service, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with any section of these terms, then you should refrain from using the Service.

2. Service Overview

SharedResourceHaven offers high-end yacht charter services, which include a variety of options such as:

• Full-day yacht rentals
• Evening yacht tours
• Business gatherings at sea
• Custom celebration events
• Extended yacht journeys

Services provided are dependent on vessel availability and suitable weather conditions. We have the discretion to change or cancel services when necessary.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

When booking a charter, the following is required:

• A minimum age of 18 years
• Submission of valid and complete information
• Payment of the deposit as indicated in the booking confirmation
• Acceptance of these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

Your reservation is only secured after the payment is received and we issue a written confirmation. We retain the right to decline service at our own judgment.

3.3 Availability

Charter availability depends on both the availability of the desired vessel and appropriate weather conditions. Efforts will be made to meet your preferred scheduling.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All prices are in € and include all relevant taxes, unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice.

4.2 Payment Schedule

• Deposit: 50% of the charter's total cost is required upon booking
• Remaining Balance: Due 48 hours prior to the charter's departure
• Additional costs (if any): Payable at the end of the charter

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods including major credit cards, bank transfers, and bank-certified checks. Secure, encrypted platforms manage payment processing.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

• If cancelled more than 72 hours prior to departure: Entire sum refunded minus transaction fees
• For cancellations between 24-72 hours before departure: Partial refund of 50%
• Cancellations less than 24 hours before departure: No refund provided

5.2 Weather Cancellations

In cases of unsafe weather conditions as determined by our captain, options include:

• Rescheduling the charter to a new date without incurring additional fees
• Issuing a full refund if rescheduling is not feasible

5.3 Mechanical Issues

Should there be mechanical issues with the assigned vessel, we'll try to arrange a similar substitute. Should that not be possible, we will issue a full refund.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

All guests are expected to:

• Abide by instructions from the crew
• Wear any safety gear as necessary
• Inform about any medical conditions impacting safety
• Stay within the allocated areas on the boat

6.2 Prohibited Items

The following are not allowed on the yacht:

• Glass items
• Illegal substances
• Guns or any weaponry
• Pets (not approved beforehand)

6.3 Conduct

Passengers must behave considerately. Should passenger conduct result in a safety hazard or cause disturbance, we reserve the right to terminate the charter with no refund.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

We limit our liability to the payment received for the charter and do not cover:

• Injuries stemming from passenger irresponsibility
• The loss or damage of personal items
• Indirect damages or punitive damages
• Delays due to weather or events beyond our control

7.2 Insurance Coverage

Our operations and vessels are covered by comprehensive maritime insurance. However, guests should arrange their personal and travel insurance themselves.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

Engaging in our charter services implies an understanding that maritime activities naturally entail certain risks, and you assume responsibility for your own health and safety.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

Itinerary, routes, and schedules are subject to changes due to weather, safety, or operational needs. We will strive to ensure similar experiences are provided when changes occur.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any service interruptions or alterations that arise from unforeseen forces outside of our management, which may include but are not limited to:

• Extreme weather
• Natural catastrophes
• Governmental rules
• Halted port operations
• Unfunctioning machinery

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your private information will be processed in line with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our data collection and usage as outlined in the policy.

11. Intellectual Property

The content on our website, like texts, graphics, logos, and images, is safeguarded by copyright and trademark legislations. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative material is prohibited without our written consent.

12. Governing Law

The laws of Germany dictate the interpretation of these Terms, with any legal proceedings to occur in Hamburg, Germany.

13. Changes to Terms
