What does a typical yacht charter come with?
Each charter provides a skilled crew, basic refreshments, safety gear, and fuel. Included items can vary based on the kind of service — for example, our sunset trips might come with premium refreshments and light snacks, while business charters may offer amenities for conferences and specialized catering.
When should I reserve my booking?
To ensure availability, particularly during our busy period from May through September, we suggest securing your reservation 2–3 weeks in advance. For business gatherings or private functions, making arrangements 4–6 weeks ahead will give you more options and time to tailor your experience.
What is the protocol for unfavorable sailing conditions?
Our paramount concern is safety. In the case that sailing conditions are considered unsafe by our captain, we will propose an alternative date for your charter or provide a complete reimbursement. We keep an eye on weather patterns diligently and will reach out to you with a day’s notice if there’s a foreseeable issue.
May I bring my own refreshments on board?
Certainly, we welcome guests to bring their own snacks and soft drinks. We also have a catering service that can offer bespoke menus. For everyone's safety, please avoid any glass packaging on board.
Do your yachts cater to passengers with physical disabilities?
We work to ensure everyone has a pleasant experience. While some of our yachts have more accessibility features, please let us know during your booking about any particular requirements, and we will advise you on the most appropriate vessel and make the necessary preparations.
What are the terms regarding cancellations?
If you cancel 72 hours or more before your departure, you’ll receive a full refund. For cancellations made between 24–72 hours in advance, there’s a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 24 hours prior to departure will not be refunded, with exceptions for weather-related issues or mechanical problems on our side.
